Shipping Policy

At Topdon Europe, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

 

Shipping Method and Times

We offer DHL shipping within EU countries for all orders. Shipping times vary depending on your location you select. You can expect your order to be processed within 3-7 working days after it is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package's progress.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You can see the shipping cost for your order during checkout.

 

International Shipping

We currently only ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be reshipped.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by the carrier.
