Shipping Method and Times

We offer DHL shipping for orders within EU countries (excluding the United Kingdom). For most orders to the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail shipping, while DPD, Hermes, or DHL may also be selected depending on the products ordered.

Shipping times vary based on your selected location. Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after placement. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s shipping progress.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You can see the shipping cost for your order during checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: the United Kingdom, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and Vatican City.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the cost for reshipping the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue and work with you to resolve it. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered by the carrier.
